Flockoff Animal Deterrent Systems

Extron developed an animal deterrent product around 2006, we called it “flockoff”. It was developed to scare birds from crops using sounds both natural and artificial. The system has a main unit and up to 4 remotes placed up to 400m away the system would then play sounds from speaker to speaker appearing to move around the field. This would disorientate birds and they would fly away. The peregrine falcon was the most effect predatory sound.
